Once we receive your application, we'll check our availability and schedule your Meet & Greet.

Meet & Greet

We'll review your pet care details at your home, do a walk through, and test your house keys.

*Account creation does not guarantee the ability to service new clients, as availability is based on the client's needs, location, schedule openings, and compatibility.

The Meet & Greet

We require all new clients to create an online profile and complete a meet & greet before scheduling services. This meeting is our chance to meet you and your pet and get acquainted with their personality and routine before we begin services.

During the meet & greet, we will set up your lock box and test your keys, do a walk-through of your pet's routine, and conduct a trial walk to assess your pet's leash behavior. We will also answer any questions you have about the client portal and how our service works.
