In-Home Pet Sitting for Cats, Dogs, Birds, Rabbits & Small Pets

To get started with pet sitting, clients are asked to set up a lockbox to store the house keys during the Meet & Greet. Client keys will not be kept by Wild Things for liability reasons. Clients may provide their own or purchase one from us for a low price. Alternatively, clients may forego a lock box if keyless entry is available. If an alternative entry method is not available, the owner is responsible for a locksmith for us to gain entry to care for your pets in the event of a power outage or failure of keyless entry.

Payment for pet sitting bookings is due in full by the first visit/ first day of service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours are subject to a 50% total service charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours are subject to a full service charge. We understand emergencies happen, so we try to be as flexible as possible.

Pet sitting drop-in visits are scheduled during 2 hour arrival windows, or you may choose "Anytime/Flexible" if you have cats or other pets who only need one visit per day and are flexible on timing. Service hours are between 8am-6pm.Examples of some offered visit time frames:Morning 8am - 10amAfternoon 1pm - 3pmEvening 4pm - 6pmAnytime/Flexible 8am-6pmOther time frames available on request- just ask!If you need an exact arrival time we will do our best to be there within a 15 minute time frame for an additional $5 per visit. If you need earlier or later visits earlier than 8am or later than 6pm there is an additional fee of $5-$10 per visit.

We specialize in caring for cats, birds including parrots and chickens, rabbits, and dogs. Our experience also extends to senior pets, pets with medical issues, rodents, and some reptiles, both in pet sitting and in veterinary settings.
